How the research is done
Every factual claim on this site follows the same four rules. They are written down here so you can hold the site to them.

Licence classifications come from the Arizona ROC's own published list. Pool-barrier requirements come from the Arizona Revised Statutes.
- 2. Every figure is dated. Codes are amended and prices move. A number without a date is a number you cannot check, so each one here carries the date it was verified and the source it came from.
- 3. Conflicts are shown, not smoothed over. Where a Kingman-specific cost source disagrees with national installed-cost data, both appear and the likely reason for the gap is explained. Picking the more flattering number and deleting the other would make the page easier to read and less true.
- 4. Gaps are stated as gaps. Where no source meets that bar — the cost of a boundary survey in Kingman, for example, or a local fence repair range — this site says so and publishes nothing instead of an invented figure.
