This policy explains what Kingman Fence Company (AuthenitcBrand, LLC) collects when you use this website or submit a request, how that information is used, who it is shared with, and what control you have over it. Kingman Fence Company is a research and referral service that connects property owners with independent, licensed Arizona fencing companies; it does not perform fencing work.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to answer your request:

Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address (optional), the location of the property, the type of fence work you want, approximate length, and anything you write in the notes field of a request form.
Consent records. The exact consent text shown to you at the time of submission, together with a timestamp, so that both you and we have a record of what was agreed.
Call information. If you call a tracked number published on this site, we receive the calling number, the time and duration of the call, and — where call recording is enabled — a recording or transcript. See section 8.
Technical and usage information. Standard web analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and the site or search engine that referred you. See section 5.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment card numbers, or financial account details through this website, and you should not send them to us.

2. How we use your information

To pass your request to an independent, licensed Arizona fencing company that serves your area, so they can contact you about your project.
To contact you ourselves about the request you submitted — by phone, email, or SMS where you have opted in.
To keep a record of your consent and of the request, for compliance and dispute-resolution purposes.
To understand how the site is used in aggregate and improve the research published on it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with data brokers or lead marketplaces.

3. SMS opt-in and text messaging

If you tick the consent checkbox on a request form, you agree to receive text messages from Kingman Fence Company about the request you submitted. Specifically:

Who sends the messages. Kingman Fence Company.
What they contain. Messages relating to your fence quote request — confirming details, arranging a call or site visit, and following up on the request.
How often. Message frequency varies and depends on your request and your replies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Kingman Fence Company does not charge you for messages; your mobile carrier may.
Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
It is never required. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of submitting a request, of being matched with a fencing company, or of any purchase.

The phone number you provide and the record of your SMS consent are stored in our customer relationship management system and used only for the purposes described in this section and in section 2.

4. Who we share information with — and what we never share

SMS opt-in data

Your SMS opt-in data — your consent to receive text messages, and the phone number associated with it — is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes, and is never shared with data brokers, lead marketplaces, or affiliates. No third party receives your mobile opt-in consent for its own marketing use under any circumstances.

Because this is a referral service, fulfilling your request necessarily means passing it to someone who can carry out the work. That sharing is limited and purpose-bound:

The independent fencing company matched to your request. Your name, phone number, email address if given, property location, and project description are shared with the specific independent, licensed Arizona fencing company needed to fulfill the request you submitted — and with no one else. This is fulfillment of your request, not marketing, and that company receives your details solely so it can respond to you about your project.
Service providers that operate this site. Hosting, form processing, customer relationship management, telephony, and analytics providers process data on our behalf under contract, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Where the law requires it. To comply with a lawful request, court order, or applicable law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Kingman Fence Company, our users, or the public.

If your request is later matched to a different provider from the one named at the time you submitted it, we will obtain fresh consent naming that provider before it sends you any automated marketing message.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. It does not run advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or cross-site behavioral advertising trackers.

Strictly necessary. Used to deliver the site and keep form submissions working. These cannot be turned off without breaking the site.
Analytics. Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure how many people visit, which pages they read, and which sites and search or AI assistants referred them. This data is used in aggregate.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, and browsers that send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal are respected where applicable law requires it. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use this site or submit a request.

6. Data security

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. Request data is held in access-controlled systems operated by established service providers, with access limited to those who need it to respond to your request. Retention is limited to what is needed for the purposes in section 2 and for compliance record-keeping.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through the forms on this site.

7. Your rights and choices

Access. Ask what personal information we hold about you.
Correction. Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
Deletion. Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep — consent records in particular.
Opt out of SMS. Reply STOP to any text message, at any time.
Opt out of email. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or ask us directly.
No sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — this is our practice, not merely a statement of intent.
No discrimination. Exercising any of these rights will not change how your request is handled.

Once your details have been passed to an independent fencing company, that company holds its own copy and its own privacy practices apply to it. To have that copy deleted, contact the company directly — we can tell you which company received your request.

To exercise any of these rights, get in touch through the contact page and say what you would like done.

8. Call tracking and call recording

Phone numbers published on this site may be tracked numbers, which means we can see the calling number, the time, and the duration of calls placed to them, and which page you called from. Calls may also be recorded or transcribed for quality and record-keeping purposes.

Arizona is a one-party consent state for call recording under A.R.S. §13-3005 and §13-3012, and a business recording its own calls is itself a party to them. We disclose recording here anyway, and by an announcement at the start of the call where recording is enabled, because callers may be in states with stricter rules. If you would prefer not to be recorded, use the form on the contact page instead of calling. (AZ-001)

9. Children

This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and requests may only be submitted by people aged 18 or over. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and it will be deleted.

10. Third-party links

Pages on this site link to outside resources — the City of Kingman, Mohave County, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and published cost sources among them. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this one does not apply to them.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be communicated to affected users where we have a way to reach them.

12. Contact
